1) Subvention Plan with Buy Back

5% at the time of booking.

75% loan. If the client is eligible for the loan, the loan will be issued and the interest till possession will be paid by the builder.

After possession, if the client wants to hold the project with himself/herself, the client can pay the remaining 20% to M3M and the loan EMI and Interest will be shifted on to the client.

Second case, if the client do not want to take the unit, he/she can use the Buy Back option. In which the builder will have to pay four times of 5% which is 20% back to the client and the loan will shift on to the builder. 

Basic Price: 8400/- per sqft

Solving client's issues of Interest on the loan till possession and quality of the project.

2) Assured Return Plan

40:60 plan

In this case, the client will have to pay 40% at the time of booking and 60% at the time of possession.

For first 100 clients, 5% amount will be contributed by M3M for booking.

In this case the builder will pay 9% of assured return to the client on the initial payment.

Basic Price: 8900/- per sqft


3) 30:40:30 Payment Plan with Buy Back

30% at the time of booking, 40% at the time of superstructure and remaining 30% at the time of possession.

Buy Back is also applicable on this. In case at the time of possession you want to return the unit. You can return it and you will get your amount back with extra 30% from M3M's side.
